First seen Dec 15, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests a drug called T-DM1 in older adults (age 60+) with HER2-positive breast cancer after surgery. The goal is to see if it can prevent the cancer from coming back. About 111 participants received the drug, and researchers are tracking how long they stay cancer-free. This is a phase 2 trial, meaning it's still being tested for safety and effectiveness.
