Summary

This phase 3 trial tested whether adding the oral drug atogepant (QULIPTA) to standard Botox injections can safely and effectively prevent chronic migraine in adults. 75 participants took atogepant daily for 24 weeks alongside their regular Botox. Researchers monitored side effects, lab values, and migraine changes. The study is complete, but results are not yet published.
