Home Brain-Zap kit tested to lock in depression recovery
NCT ID NCT07269964
Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether people who have recently gotten better from severe depression can use a simple, portable brain stimulation device at home to help keep their symptoms from coming back. Participants who improved after hospital treatment will use the device for 30 minutes a day, five days a week, for four weeks. The main goal is to see if this home program is practical and safe, and if it shows early signs of helping people stay well.
