Can a breathing machine cure your sleepless nights?

Summary

This study tests whether a special breathing device (adaptive servo ventilation) can help people with moderate to severe chronic insomnia sleep better. About 25 adults who have not tried sleep apnea treatments before will use the device for 4 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in insomnia severity and how fast they fall asleep.
