Summary
This study is testing whether a special clinic for follow-up care after an asthma flare-up helps adults manage their asthma better and reduces future severe attacks. Researchers will compare 230 adults who either attend this clinic for in-person check-ups or receive standard phone call follow-ups. The goal is to see if the clinic visits lead to fewer hospital trips, better medication use, and improved quality of life.
