Summary
This study looks at whether a structured follow-up at an asthma flare-up clinic can improve outcomes for adults after an asthma attack. About 230 participants will either attend in-person clinic visits or receive phone follow-up. Researchers will compare rates of severe asthma attacks, hospital visits, and asthma control between the two groups.
