Summary
This study looks at whether astaxanthin, a natural supplement, can reduce fatigue and improve performance in badminton players. Fourteen healthy athletes will take either astaxanthin or a placebo for four weeks. Researchers will measure endurance, grip strength, and jump power to see if the supplement helps.
