Summary
This study tests a brochure called ASQ-CT that helps patients talk with their doctors about clinical trials. About 293 adults with cancer, heart disease, or nerve conditions will use the brochure and fill out surveys. The goal is to see if the brochure makes patients more confident in asking questions and if more people are invited to join trials.
