NCT ID NCT04434040

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether combining two drugs, sacituzumab govitecan and atezolizumab, can clear leftover cancer cells in the breast or lymph nodes of people with triple negative breast cancer. About 40 participants who still have cancer after standard chemotherapy will receive the combination. The main goal is to see if the drugs can make cancer DNA disappear from the blood, which may lower the risk of the cancer returning.
