First seen Jun 17, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether giving aspirin soon after repairing a burst brain aneurysm can improve patients' recovery and reduce complications like delayed brain damage. About 388 adults who had a successful aneurysm repair will receive either aspirin or a placebo for up to two weeks. The main goal is to see if more people achieve a good functional outcome three months later.
