Summary
This study looks at whether a lower dose of aspirin (50 mg daily) works as well as the standard dose (100 mg) to prevent heart attacks and strokes in people aged 60 and older with heart disease. It involves over 5,400 Chinese participants who will be followed for about 6 years. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose to reduce bleeding risks while still protecting the heart.
