Summary
This study tests a new computer alert system that reminds doctors at key moments to give the right anti-nausea medicine to each patient before, during, and after surgery. About 19,480 adults having planned surgery with general anesthesia will take part. The goal is to see if these timely, personalized reminders reduce how often patients feel sick or vomit after their operation.
