New device aims to suck away deadly lung clots

Summary
This study tests a device that removes blood clots from the lungs of people with acute pulmonary embolism. About 125 adults with recent symptoms and evidence of heart strain will be enrolled. The goal is to see if the procedure safely improves heart function and reduces serious complications.
