Summary
This early-phase study tests whether the drug asciminib is safe and tolerable for adults with Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL) after they have received a stem cell transplant or CAR T-cell therapy. The goal is to prevent the cancer from returning. About 36 participants will take asciminib daily, and researchers will find the best dose for future studies.
