Summary
This study tested a device that sends mild electrical pulses to nerves near the tailbone to help control sudden, strong urges to urinate. It included 129 adults with urinary urgency incontinence who had not gotten better with other treatments. The main goal was to see if the device could cut urgent leaks by at least half.
