Summary
This study tested whether art therapy or mandala coloring can reduce anxiety in people receiving chemotherapy. Sixty adults were randomly assigned to either draw with their eyes closed or color a mandala design during treatment. Researchers measured anxiety levels before and after the activity to see which approach worked better.
