Could a heart pill help lung cancer patients live longer?

Summary

This study looks at whether a drug called sacubitril/valsartan, already used for heart failure and high blood pressure, can help people with advanced lung cancer who also have high blood pressure. The goal is to see if it reduces the risk of death and heart problems. About 200 adults with stage III or IV lung cancer and a history of hypertension will take the drug and be followed over time.
