New support model aims to ease burden on caregivers of older lung cancer patients
NCT ID NCT07708870
First seen Jul 16, 2026 · Last updated Jul 17, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests a nurse-led support model (ICSM) for family caregivers of older adults newly diagnosed with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. The program includes education, counseling, symptom management, and a web-based resource platform. Researchers will measure whether it improves caregiver quality of life and helps them use available resources more effectively.
