Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called paridiprubart in adults hospitalized with moderate to severe acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), a serious lung condition. About 200 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it improves survival and safety. The main goal is to measure how many patients are alive 28 days after treatment.
