Summary

This study tests an extended-release tablet called arbaclofen to see if it safely reduces muscle stiffness (spasticity) in people with multiple sclerosis. About 442 adults aged 18 to 65 with MS-related spasticity will receive either the drug or a placebo. The goal is to measure changes in muscle tightness and overall function.
