Summary
This study tested whether a specially designed Arabic mobile app could help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) improve their self-care and quality of life. Seventy-four adults with MS either used the app or received usual care for three months. Researchers measured changes in self-care habits and overall well-being using standard questionnaires.
