Doctors test High-Tech AR glasses to make MRI needle procedures safer and faster

NCT ID NCT06224933

Summary

This study is testing a new augmented reality (AR) system designed to help doctors during MRI-guided needle procedures, like biopsies or injections. The AR system projects a visual guide onto the patient, showing the doctor the best path for the needle. Researchers want to see if this tool is safe and practical to use, and if it can help place needles more accurately and reduce procedure time for patients aged 3 to 21.
