Video game therapy could revolutionize brain injury recovery

NCT ID NCT05897593

Summary

This study is testing whether augmented reality games can make rehabilitation more engaging for people recovering from brain injuries like stroke or trauma. Researchers want to see if turning therapy exercises into fun games helps patients stick with their treatment plans better than traditional methods alone. The study will involve 30 adults with mild to moderate brain injuries who are already receiving care at a rehabilitation hospital.
