Phone app aims to ease anxiety in brain disorders

Summary
This study is testing a mobile app that helps people with Parkinson's or Huntington's disease change how they think about everyday situations to feel less anxious. About 136 participants will use the app and report their anxiety levels. The goal is to see if this simple, at-home approach can improve quality of life.
