Summary
This study is testing a phone app designed to help reduce anxiety in people with Huntington's or Parkinson's disease. The app uses daily exercises to help participants change unhelpful, negative thought patterns. Researchers will compare the app's effects on anxiety and quality of life in about 136 people over 10 weeks.
