Summary
This study is testing a smartphone app designed to teach people how to safely use walking aids like canes, crutches, and walkers. Researchers want to see if using the app improves users' confidence, balance, and mobility while reducing pain and falls. The trial will involve 52 adults who regularly use a walking aid due to conditions like a leg injury, stroke, or multiple sclerosis.
