Your phone could soon listen for signs of depression
NCT ID NCT06364488
Summary
This study is testing a mobile app called TrueBlue that aims to monitor signs of depression and anxiety in pregnant women and new mothers. For 12 weeks, 125 participants in the UK will use the app weekly, reading or speaking while it records their face and voice to generate mood scores. The main goal is to check if the app is safe and easy to use, and to see if its automated mood scores match up with standard paper questionnaires.
