New app aims to curb binge eating in teens

Summary
This study tests a mobile app designed to help teenagers who struggle with binge eating or overeating and are overweight. The app uses proven strategies to improve self-control and eating habits. Fifty teens will use the app for 16 weeks and share their feedback on how helpful and easy it is to use.
