Summary
This pilot study is testing a new smartphone app designed to help teens with obesity manage their weight. The app is based on a theory that suggests replacing unhealthy eating habits with positive coping behaviors. Researchers will enroll 38 adolescents to test the app's usability and see if it helps with weight, diet, and stress management over four months.
