Can a phone app soothe Kids' tummy troubles?
NCT ID NCT06653647
Summary
This small pilot study tested whether a mobile app with guided relaxation sessions could help children with chronic stomach pain. Kids aged 7-12 with functional abdominal pain disorders used the app for 8 weeks, listening to 10-15 minute sessions most days. Researchers measured changes in pain frequency, intensity, and overall well-being to see if this digital therapy approach shows promise.
