Summary
This study tested a home-based biofeedback app called Cerebri for preventing migraine attacks in adults with episodic migraine. 279 participants either used the app for 10 minutes daily or joined a wait-list group. Researchers compared how much migraine days decreased in each group over 28-day periods.
