First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app that teaches acupressure can help people on dialysis feel less tired and itchy and sleep better. About 70 adults who have been on dialysis for at least three months will be randomly assigned to use the app daily for four weeks or to receive usual care. The goal is to see if this simple, self-guided technique can improve daily comfort and quality of life.
