First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a wearable device called Apollo, which delivers gentle vibrations, is acceptable and practical for veterans with PTSD. 63 veterans who served in recent conflicts and had a current PTSD diagnosis wore the device daily. The goal was to see if they found it helpful and would use it, not to prove it works.
