First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 01, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This large Phase 3 trial is testing a new drug called APG-157, given as a pastille that dissolves in the mouth, for people with advanced head and neck cancer. The study will see if adding APG-157 before and after standard treatments (surgery or chemoradiation) helps keep the cancer from coming back. About 826 participants will be enrolled, but the trial has not started recruiting yet.
