New heart pacing technique could rival standard therapy for AF and heart failure patients
NCT ID NCT07604727
First seen May 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026
Summary
This study compares two heart pacing methods after a procedure to control heart rate in adults with atrial fibrillation and heart failure. Participants will receive either a new type of pacing (conduction system pacing) or standard cardiac resynchronization therapy. The goal is to see if the new method is as good at reducing death, hospitalizations, and improving quality of life.
