Summary
This study aims to better understand the risks and progression of inherited aortic diseases, which can lead to dangerous aneurysms and dissections. It will follow 5,000 people worldwide who have specific genetic mutations linked to these conditions. The goal is to gather detailed information to help doctors predict risks more accurately and improve future medical management for patients and their families.
