App aims to ease anxiety in movement disorders

Summary

This study tests a mobile app designed to help people with Parkinson's or Huntington's disease feel less anxious. The app works by training users to interpret everyday situations in a less threatening way. Researchers will enroll 136 adults with anxiety symptoms to see if the app improves quality of life.
