Summary

This study looks at whether people with schizophrenia who are stable on medication can safely lower their dose and still function well in daily life. Researchers will group 288 adults by their specific psychosis type and randomly assign them to either reduce or maintain their current antipsychotic dose. The goal is to see if a personalized dose-reduction strategy leads to better social and personal functioning over two years.
