This study looks at how taking the antifungal drug fluconazole for 14 days changes the gut microbiome (bacteria and fungi) in healthy men aged 18-35. Researchers will compare those who take the drug with those who don't, and track changes for up to 6 months. The goal is to understand how antifungals affect gut health and the immune system.
