Summary
This Phase 3 trial will test whether adding anlotinib (a drug that cuts off tumor blood supply) to standard immunotherapy and chemotherapy with radiation can improve outcomes for 412 people with high-risk nasopharyngeal cancer. Participants will receive either the new combo or standard treatment. The main goal is to see if the combo delays cancer progression or death.
