Summary
This study looks at how well ankle numbing (ankle block) works in people with and without diabetes during foot or ankle surgery. Researchers will measure how fast the numbing starts, how much pain medicine is needed afterward, and if blood sugar control plays a role. The goal is to help doctors better manage pain for diabetic patients.
