Summary

This study tests a drug called anifrolumab in children aged 5 to 18 with moderate to severe lupus. The goal is to see how the drug moves through the body and if it is safe. Participants will continue their usual lupus treatments while receiving the study drug. The trial involves 24 children and is not yet recruiting.
