NCT ID NCT06425627
Summary
This study aims to find out if spinal anesthesia or general anesthesia leads to fewer lung problems after hip fracture surgery in older adults. It will enroll 40 patients aged 65+ whose surgery is delayed more than 48 hours. Researchers will compare oxygen levels, lung function, and complications to see which anesthesia method is better for recovery.
