Summary
This study compared two ways to keep children comfortable and stable during a procedure to close a hole in the heart. It tested whether a lighter sedation method works as well as general anesthesia for 3-8 year olds. Researchers measured heart rate, blood pressure, recovery time, and complications to see which approach was better.
