Summary
This study aims to find out which type of anesthesia provides better pain relief and satisfaction for Parkinson's patients having the battery in their deep brain stimulator replaced. Researchers will compare two common methods: putting the patient fully to sleep (general anesthesia) versus numbing a specific area while the patient is sedated (regional anesthesia). The goal is to help doctors choose the best approach to manage pain after this common procedure.
