Summary

This study looks at how different depths of anesthesia affect thinking and memory recovery in older adults (65+) after non-heart surgery. Researchers will use a fixed ratio of two common anesthetics to see if a specific depth reduces confusion or memory loss. 200 participants will be followed to compare cognitive outcomes.
