Summary
This study looks at how deep anesthesia affects memory and thinking in older adults (65+) after non-heart surgery. Researchers will give a fixed mix of two anesthetic drugs to 200 participants and check their brain function with a simple test. The goal is to find the best anesthesia depth to reduce confusion or memory problems after surgery.
