Healthy volunteers needed to test blood thinner reversal drug

Summary
This early-stage study is testing how well andexanet reverses the effects of common blood thinners (rivaroxaban, apixaban) and how it interacts with another blood thinner, enoxaparin. About 186 healthy adults will receive andexanet or a placebo. The goal is to understand dosing and safety, not to treat any disease.
