Summary
This trial tests whether a zero-profile anchored cage, used in anterior cervical discectomy and fusion, can improve outcomes for people with cervical degenerative disc disease. The study will enroll 30 adults aged 18-70 who have not had prior cervical spine surgery and whose symptoms (myelopathy or radiculopathy) have not improved with conservative care. Researchers will measure changes in neck and arm pain using the Visual Analog Scale and functional disability using the Neck Disability Index to see if the procedure helps.
