Summary

This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of two specific spinal implant systems used in back surgery. It will enroll 150 adults with serious neck or upper back problems from injuries, tumors, or wear-and-tear conditions. Researchers will follow patients for two years after surgery to track complications, pain levels, and how well the implants hold up.
