NCT ID NCT05457699
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding targeted radiation to spots where prostate cancer has spread can help men whose cancer is already responding to hormone therapy. About 80 men with metastatic prostate cancer will be randomly assigned to get either standard care or standard care plus focused radiation. The goal is to see if this approach can lower PSA levels more and delay cancer progression.
