First seen Apr 08, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding precise, high-dose radiation to cancer spots seen on scans can help men with metastatic prostate cancer who are already responding to hormone therapy. About 80 men will be randomly assigned to get either standard care or standard care plus this targeted radiation. The goal is to see if more men can achieve very low PSA levels and delay cancer progression.
