Summary

This study tested a drug called anamorelin to see if it could help prevent weight loss and improve appetite in people with advanced pancreatic cancer who were starting chemotherapy. The trial planned to include about 100 participants but was stopped early after only 4 people enrolled. The drug was taken as a daily pill for 25 weeks.
