Summary
This study tested whether anamorelin, a daily pill, could help people with advanced pancreatic cancer avoid severe weight loss and loss of appetite during chemotherapy. The trial planned to enroll about 100 participants but was stopped early after only 4 people joined. The drug aims to improve body weight and appetite, but results are limited due to early termination.
